On The Modern Battlefield, UAS Threats Kill.

When a UAS is heading toward you...
What would you do with an extra 60 seconds?
Find out how our Ground-based Lightweight Acoustic Dismounted Integrated UAS Sensor (GLADIUS) system gives you more time.
Each extra second gained provides the opportunity to seek cover or employ counter-drone systems. Integrated alerting moves at digital speed across existing awareness kits, all without increasing cognitive load.
OUR MISSION
Detect threats before they find you
We defend liberty by delivering decisive advantage to America's warfighters, accelerating decision dominance, enhancing survivability, and strengthening the nation they serve.
Reconnaissance and Detection Device Company (RADD) patented technologies are rooted in operational experience with Tier 1 US military teams serving in and training for high-threat global operations. RADD works with the Department of Defense to pioneer critical solutions for US and allied warfighters.
RADD also works with Federal, State, Local, Territorial, and Tribal Law Enforcement to keep communities and critical infrastructure safe from threats in the homeland.
Principle 1
Develop, test, field, and operationalize leading engineering solutions by, with, through, and for warfighters' and law enforcement officers' mission success.
Principle 2
Enhance friendly survivability using novel modular open systems approaches to radically improve decision speed, accuracy, and security across sensor-shooter webs.
Principle 3
Empower humans, who will always be more important than hardware, with solutions that sharpen edge lethality without increasing cognitive burden for tactical decision makers.
PrinciplE 4
Expand and strengthen the US Defense Industrial Base through recruitment, training, and investments in the communities where we operate, and the businesses with whom we partner.

RADD is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering, combining RADD's advanced acoustic detection capabilities with Duke's DoW-funded research in acoustic UAS detection. This collaboration unites Duke's academic excellence with RADD's field-ready system to accelerate c-UAS deployment and protect warfighters from enemy drone threats.

Open roles
ML Engineer
You are a Machine Learning Engineer who thrives at the intersection of physical signals and resource-constrained hardware. You aren't just building models in a vacuum; you are building the intelligence that allows our hardware to succeed in the mud.
Staff Electro-Mechanical Engineer
You are a high-level Individual Contributor who will serve as technical anchor for our hardware as we move from functional prototypes to intermediate-scale manufacturing. You will be responsible for ensuring our designs are not just functional, but can be built by the thousands with high reliability.
Staff Robotics Engineer
You are a "T-shaped" generalist with broad impact across the entire stack, who can solve technical challenges that have a direct, life-saving impact. This is a role for an action-oriented builder who thrives on the "hardware-software divide".
